I purchased this product from another seller, ([...], new, for 599.00 on e-bay), anyway, after paying for insallation at a local car audio store I found an issue with the navigation system, and needed tech support from the manufacture (concept) and I called the company, and a guy named Roberto walked me through the steps to correct the problem.. service after the sell is what is important to me, and they provided it..

I added a rear view camera, and it works perfectly… The 7 inch screen is clear, the dvd works great, picture is awsome… the fit with the factory bezel is great as well..

The only draw back is that I wish I would have added a channel booster to the radio. CONCEPT tech support told me would be a bonus to add a booster to the unit, and it would not be very expensive..

I realize that I ommited some important info, and that is in what vechicle I had this unit installed.. I had it installed in a 2008 Ford Fusion with the Microsoft Sync system.. I had to buy the Access Sync adapter to have the unit pair with Sync, as well as the PAC universal steering wheel control adapter to keep all of the factory functions that are in the steering wheel.. all works well..:)

All and all, I am satisfied..
